To join and pay by credit card, complete the following form and you will be taken to our store to complete the billing process. The transaction will be approved on-line and you will receive your member number immediately, allowing you instant access to all member areas. If you prefer to pay by check, click here to go to a printable form that you can mail to us with your check. We will return your member number as soon as possible by email and/or standard mail.

After your credit card has been charged you will see your new member number on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail with both your member number and the password you chose in the form below. Be sure to save this information.
