Retail Sale Agreement

Guaranteed Resale - Only pay for what you sell! Retailer agrees to pay 50% of the cover price for magazines sold.

This form is for establishments that would like to sell Lats & Atts and also for new Harbor Hangouts (new HH's check box at bottom of page).

This option is available to retail stores and marine related industries. FTW Publishing agrees to send the designated number of copies of Latitudes and Attitudes to the address indicated, freight pre-paid on a guaranteed resale basis. Upon the receipt of the new issue the retailer will take any unsold copies of Latitudes and Attitudes off display and tear off the cover. The publisher agrees to credit the retailer 50% of the cover price for each cover to be deducted from the next invoice. Simply return the covers for credit.
All credits must be taken no later than 90 days after the next issue arrives.
