Lee Chesneau's Advanced Weather Seminar

The Advanced Weather Seminar is a two-day basic essentials of marine weather & forecasting workshop that will teach mariners everything they need to know (and more!) about forecasting and knowing weather patterns. With over 34 years experience as Senior Marine Meteorologist for NOAA/NWS's Ocean Prediction Center, as well as being the weather forecaster for the US Navy and route analyst for ship routing, he is also the "weatherman" for the Latitudes & Attitudes crew. This one weekend can make any cruiser his own weather forecaster.
